			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before checking out the new <a href="http://www.congreso.es/">Congreso de los Diputados</a> website, I told myself i&#8217;ll take it lightly, but when I saw that there were 574 lines of CSS code at the top of the homepage, I just couldn&#8217;t stand it and I started yelling at the computer.</p>
<p>The subject matter of my yelling is not adequate for this blog.</p>
<p>The only reasonable answer that I found for this, after the very short revision that my condition allowed me to make, is that this people were paid to make it as bad as they possibly could.</p>

<p>I think that paying attention to the standards, in this case those of the W3C, is an absolute necessity in order to achieve a homogeneous and accessible internet.</p>
<p>My goal is to share my impressions, comment trends and get opinions for other people about the fascinating internet world.</p>
